After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the return of Australia’s largest music festival ‘Splendour In The Grass’ in 2022 signalled that live music was back. To help capture the excitement and atmosphere, Splendour Organisers asked Hype Republic to be their official content team. Whilst unpredictable weather and heavy traffic brought challenges, our team remained resourceful and delivered a long list of high-quality edits throughout the weekend. We provided Splendour organisers with daily recap videos for social media plus highlight and BTS videos of the artists and punters after the festival. We also partnered with brands onsite to create content for their respective marketing activations.
