Spencer Frost is a filmmaker from Avalon Beach, Sydney who specialises in travel, adventure, tourism, ocean-based and underwater and specialised (gimbal/drone) cinematography.
Over the past 8 years Spencer has travelled to some amazing locations around the world including the far east of Russia, Iceland, Africa, Europe, Japan, Hawaii, Indonesia, South Pacific and covered almost the whole of Australia with a camera in hand.
Spencer has worked with a number of international brands, agencies and production companies including BBC Earth, National Geographic, RED BULL Media House, Japan Airlines, Corona, P&O Cruises, ROXY, Helly Hanson and many more.
In 2019 Spencer was the “Director of Photography” of the Australia Desert segment for a new BBC Earth Series by David Attenborough.
He has released two feature length films “A Corner of the Earth’ and ‘The Corners of the Earth — Kamchatka’, both of which have been featured in film festivals around the world.
His work and passions have taken him to some of the furtherest corners of the earth to get the shot, meaning he’s no stranger to working in harsh and uncomfortable environments.
